Afton Clarke-Sather is the doctor of department of geography in the University of Colorado at Boulder, as a visiting scholar, he will develop cooperative research at our institute from Sep.,2009 to Dem.,2010, his cooperative research field is the benefit evaluation of arid adaptation options of the less developed areas at Northwestern China.
