Chinese National Committee For The International Geosphere-Biosphere Programme（CNC-IGBP）2007 Annual Conference of Work was held on Jan. 12th, 2008 in Beijing. Dr. Zhang Zhiqiang, the director of Information Center for Global Environmental Change Studies, participated the conference, and reported “The 2007 Annual Work Summary of Information Center for Global Environmental Change Studies (ICGECS)” and “The 2008 Work Plan of ICGECS”.
