On September 8, 2010, the preliminary pre-screening of “Young Talent’s Study on Scientific Frontier 2010” was held in Lanzhou Branch Library.

At the meeting, 8 project managers reported their “Young Talent’s Study on Scientific Frontier 2010”. Those projects were about information analysis and synthesis, information service, information technology development and journal editing and publishing. Experts of the inspecting team listened to the reports and gave their advice to each project manager.
