A discussion meeting of future development was held from October 20 to October 22, 2010 at Lanzhou Branch Library. Dr. Sun Tan, Deputy Director of National Science Library of CAS attended the meeting to listen to the presentation of current work and future planning of various working units and departments of Lanzhou Branch Library and put forward some suggestions and considerations for future work. Mr. Wang Yandong, Party Secretary General, Dr. Wu Xinnian and Dr. Gao Feng, deputy directors of Lanzhou Branch Library attended the meeting. Heads of departments, senior librarians above associate research professors and heads of concerned working units of the library all attended the discussion meeting.
