On March 29, 2010, the Pre-Acceptance for “Young Talent of Research Frontier 2008 Project” and the Open Question Argument for “Young Talent of Research Frontier 2009 Project” was held in Lanzhou Branch of National Science Library of China.

The Pre-Acceptance for “Young Talent of Research Frontier 2008 Project” concerns about 5 projects concerning research areas of information service, strategic information research, information systems development, etc.

The Open Question Argument for “Young Talent of Research Frontier 2009 Project” concerns about 7 projects. The seven project leaders reported the meaning and background of project studies, research goals and main content, methods and technical route, expected results, research progress, problems and possible measures to be taken of their projects.

The experts of the Academic Committee of Lanzhou Branch of NSL gave their advises on each project.
