On Jan 15,2010, the “Foreign Scientists Plan" project launching was held in Lanzhou Branch of NSL. Dr. Zhang Zhiqiang, Director of Lanzhou Branch of NSL, granted Dr. Abigail Rose Clarke-Sather the “Chinese Academy of International Young Scientist” certificate.

As the Chinese co-worker of the project, Research Associate Qu Jiansheng introduced the resume of Dr. Abigail Rose Clarke-Sather, the Chinese Academy of International Young Scientist. Then Deputy Director Wu Xinnian briefly advised the project of “Foreign Scientists Plan”. At last, Dr. Zhang Zhiqiang presented Dr. Abigail Rose Clarke-Sather the “Chinese Academy of International Young Scientist” certificate.

After the launching ceremony, Dr. Abigail Rose Clarke-Sather gave a speech on” Environmental Life Cycle Assessment and Efficient Use of Energy Resources”.
