On Nov. 9, 2009, the leaders and members of the Chinese Communist Party Committee of Lanzhou Branch Library held a meeting to study the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee Meeting of the Communist Party of China. The most important issue to address is to build a fine party culture and to keep its organization clean.
