Dr. Zhang Zhiqiang, director of Information Center for Global Environmental Change Studies, participated in the conference and delivered a reported entitled the 2007 Annual Work Summary of Information Center for Global Environmental Change Studies (ICGECS) and 2008 Work Plan of ICGECS.
